Privacy Policy
Scrapling Workbench is designed for business workflow planning and hosted scraping readiness. We collect only the information needed to operate the service, process checkout, protect the site, and support customers.
Information we process
We may process account contact details, checkout metadata, selected plan, usage events, target URLs submitted by customers, selector hints, workflow settings, generated scorecards, support messages, and technical logs. Customers should not submit passwords, private keys, regulated personal data, or content they are not authorized to process.
Payments
Payments are handled through NOWPayments hosted checkout. We do not store wallet private keys or payment credentials. Payment provider records may include invoice status, order identifiers, currency, and amount metadata needed to activate the service and resolve support requests.
Analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand page views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, payment returns, and AI referral sources such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, OpenAI, and Bing. Analytics are used for product improvement and abuse prevention.
Customer data
Customer-submitted URLs, selectors, and generated reports are used to provide the service. We do not sell customer workflow data. We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or outside the customer's authority to process.
